Our mission at Cheerful Hearts Ministry is to create the environments to encounter Christ; becoming deeply rooted in Truth affecting change in this culture and community.

We love to meet women right where they are and love them with the Love of God, lifting them higher and higher to experience the depths of His love in parts of their lives they never dreamed possible. Often women will declare after spending time at Cheerful Hearts that she “has found her tribe.” It is within the context of this authentic loving community, we see growth and freedom.

So many Christian women long to:

• have a deeper, more intimate relationship with Jesus, but don’t know how
• forgive, truly from the heart, but don’t know where to start
• have a safe place to tell their story
• genuinely be seen and heard by other women
• find a place of rest and restoration

At Cheerful Hearts she may very well find these answers through a wide variety of ways. We gather regularly to study and to pray together. We host special events also that allow for delving deep into issues of the heart in a safe and encouraging environment.

We are not licensed counselors or therapist and do not offer counsel or therapy. The majority of our ministry is prayer and those prayers are based on God’s word. Leading women in how to apply Truths found in God’s Word, is most often the pathway to seeing women soar.

Our foundational scripture is Isaiah 61.1: “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound.”

Our Core Values:

Cheerful Hearts is a safe, transforming community where the women: love Jesus, are led by the Holy Spirit, walk by faith, treat others with dignity and compassion, while offering God and one another a teachable heart. All of this is grounded in the Word: worship, prayer and praise.

Our Philosophy:

We believe the Bible is true and is sufficient for addressing life’s problems and that reliance on the Holy Spirit is essential for long term healing. We use God’s word as our primary tool in bringing concerns to resolution relying on the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is The Teacher, The Counselor, The Comforter and leads us into all Truth. Jesus said that the truth will make us free.

Some of our activities or events have fees associate with them. Our heart is to minister to all women the Lord brings us, regardless of the ability to pay. Scholarships may be requested for any ministry offering with a fee; monthly supporters and scholarship partners make this possible. We hope that as you find identity, purpose, and life in Christ at CHM, you will desire to financially support us.

Our Financial Philosophy:

Cheerful Hearts Ministry is supported totally by donations which cover operating and material costs, therefore, suggested donations are requested for classes and sessions. Donations are requested at the time of registration to hold your space. Additional donations are greatly appreciated! We offer scholarships to keep offerings accessible to everyone. 

Cancellation Policy: Classes and individual ministry sessions allow limited participants to encourage participation and spiritual growth. Space is reserved specifically for participants, therefore, cancellations or ‘no shows’ less than 48 hours are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding!

As a 501c3 nonprofit ministry, any donation made to Cheerful Hearts Ministry is tax deductible.

Cheerful Hearts is a Christian ministry that is composed of women who all go to different churches, but all believe the Apostles Creed.
